"BERJAYA University College of Hospitality is proud to join the ranks of prestigious institutions in the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance as its 17th member.
In our strive for excellence, it is an honour for us to be recognised by the Institut Paul Bocuse as the top institution of higher learning specialising in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts in Malaysia. We can only progress to be the best from this point on. We look forward to working alongside with all the members of the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance to provide our students with a global perspective, which aligns true to the tagline of BERJAYA University College of Hospitality ‘Inspiring lives, Widening Horizons’.

Being a member of the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance further enhances the learning curve for our students not only through the appreciation of their culinary heritage but also through cross cultural promotion of gastronomy, culture and education built on Institut Paul Bocuse’ s values of Trust, Respect and Commitment.
It is timely that BERJAYA UCH has recently launched its Heritage Cuisine Programme; a unique programme where heritage cuisines from various states of Malaysia are introduced and appreciated. It is my hope and vision to see that students of today do not forget their tradition, culture and heritage, especially of Malaysia, where her culture is so rich and colourful. It has become my mission to ensure that this rich gastronomic heritage is not lost to modernization and must be shared with the sophisticated gastronomic world.

I sincerely believe IPB Worldwide Alliance is the most suitable platform to share our the ethnic heritage cuisine of Malaysia to all the members of the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance."
