School Presentation

The mission of ESDAI is to form women with the managerial vision, skill and mindset necessary to make out hospitality as a lifestyle within both Institutions and Service focused Enterprises. In such endeavor, professional performance, ethics and social responsibility are a must for us.

ESDAI has been educating professionals for the hospitality industry for over 46 years with 3,200 people trained around the world. ESDAI is certified by CONAET - Full Member of INQAAHE (International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education) - certificate which guarantees quality in educational standards as well as constant improvements in the matter.

ESDAI is Universidad Panamericana’s Institution Management School and offers a degree in Hospitality Management. ESDAI has been pioneer for the hospitality industry through a unique program which combines practical skills, administrative, scientific and human baselines.

300 students are studying their bachelor degree and 100 students are enrolled in the postgraduate programs. ESDAI also offers training and consulting services in order to satisfy every Company’s needs.

The school joined the Alliance by Institut Paul Bocuse in November 14th, 2008.
