Being a member of the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance allows our students to explore the culinary heritage of the world. Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences is the oldest and most reputable educator in the field of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Industry in Finland, but what really makes us strong are our international networks.

We are pleased and proud to represent distinguished Institut Paul Bocuse and its Worldwide Alliance here in far North.

The Alliance Summer Program has become a vital part of our Culinary Management education and the sharing of knowledge in Alliance meetings is essential when we develop new ideas. Long live the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance!"
