"Hyogo N.C.C College has been part of the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance since 2007.

Throughout years, the Summer Program has become one of the foundations of the Worldwide Alliance, allowing students from our school to spread Japanese food, share traditional skills whilst discovering new culinary cultures. Every year, we solicit their participation since we know that this intensive culinary program in Lyon will allow them to learn traditional French cuisine, techniques but also nouvelle cuisine. On this way, students who have high motivation and interest in cuisine apply in the Summer Program and success despite the difficulty of French language. They grow as professionals and enrich themselves whilst sharing Japanese food and passion for gastronomy with students coming from all over the world.

Being a member of the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance also includes and encourages exchanges of faculty members and teaching staff. Therefore, we welcome chefs from Institut Paul Bocuse for different training and teaching missions over the years and send students at Institut Paul Bocuse every spring for few days of practical workshops."
