Institut Paul Bocuse follows in the heritage of innovation and global expansiveness set out by two extraordinary visionaries – Paul Bocuse, “Chef of the Century”, Founder of the school in 1990 and Gérard Pélisson, Co-founder of Accor Group and Chairman since 1998. Guided by the inspiration of these two world famous figures, Institut Paul Bocuse welcomes 1000 students from 50 nationalities driven by operational agility and high level managerial competencies to prepare them to the best careers around the world.

For more than 25 years, our intensive programs and needs-based specializations respond to the demands of today’s industry and compare favorably with leading programs internationally. Tomorrow’s leaders will have to be equipped with the most advanced management competencies but culinary, foodservice and hospitality education will also have to focus on developing creativity and innovation.
