I actually smile when I think of the experiences our students will have this summer! Attending Institut Paul Bocuse is truly a life changing experience! It forever changes the way our students view food and the high quality standards food can be prepared and presented. Learning new skills and best practices along with students from such a diverse group of cultures is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

It is my hope that Chef John Folse Culinary Institute remains a part of the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance for many years to come!"
