"According to USIL, being part of the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance is an honor as well as a commitment to excel in delivering the best culinary program. The Worldwide Alliance is an exclusive and prestigious group of schools that have the same goal - being the best of the best. These international schools are willing to share what they do and what they know, and put ambition - the ultimate benchmark that guides Alliance members every day - in the forefront.

Our students benefit in two-ways, directly and indirectly. Directly because they can participate in the Alliance Summer Program during which they can meet with students from around the world, learn the last culinary techniques in Lyon, France, revise and sharpen their skills in traditional cuisine. Moreover, they represent our country in a culinary contest based on the same rules and procedures as a professional one. When they return, they are different and they stand out easily being ready to jump into their career with a new vision and commitment to excellence. Indirectly, because being part of the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance brings a unique environment that no other school can provide with regular visits from Lyon of special events.

We believe that as member of the Worldwide Alliance we have strengthen our core capabilities, we provide a better educational service to our students and professors as they can participate in different exchanges programs (i.e. the Summer Program for students, the Chef Culinary Seminar for chefs). By sharing, we learn from each other, we establish close relationships as well as a worldwide friendship that nurtures us.
We look forward to continue developing this network in the future by participating and honoring the name of Chef Paul Bocuse."
