Conestoga College’s Waterloo campus - which currently hosts the Hospitality programs, is in the middle of a campus expansion project expected to finish September 2018. The goal is to attract, develop and retain the talent required to build a bright future. This project will increase capacity for education, create new learning opportunities and develop our local food culture. The expansion is expected to expand the student-run restaurant open to the public and enhance innovation through a new research kitchen that builds on Conestoga’s existing strengths in the hospitality industry.

Conestoga College fosters innovation and entrepreneurship for the region’s tourism sector.

Conestoga is Ontario’s only college in the Alliance by Institut Paul Bocuse; the leading global network of education excellence for culinary arts and the hospitality trades. The school joined the Alliance in June 2017.
