A unique cookbook that represents tradition and culture from a culinary perspective

After months of collaboration, the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance and its members are proud to present the “very best of “of their gastronomy in a reference book: « The cookbook of the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance ».

Since its inception in 2004, the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance aims to enhance culinary cultures, promote products as well as sharing know-how and instilling strong values. Among these values, mention may be made of Trust, Respect and Commitment. Following this philosophy, all members of the network worked on a common project that furthers sharing and transmission. A worldwide cookbook is born.

Spreading unity in diversity, it aims to valorize the heritage of each country and transmit skills to the future generation. In this way, it combines panel of products, diversity of technics and more than 80 representative recipes. It presents 10 countries, lifestyles and culinary traditions.

« The Cookbook of the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance » is available at the welcome desk of the Institut Paul Bocuse Ecully and Bellecour-Lyon at the price of 40€. It’s also available in each member campuses of the Worldwide Alliance.
