On October and November 2019, ESDAI - Universidad Panamericana's Institution Management School - has celebrated its 50th year of anniversary with the attendance of representatives from Institut Paul Bocuse.

Pioneer for the hospitality industry through a unique program that combines practical skills, administrative, scientific and humain baselines, ESDAI has recently celebrated its 50th year anniversary. Certified by CONAET - Full Member of INQAAHE (International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Highed Education) and member of the Alliance by Institut Paul Bocuse since 2008, ESDAI - Universidad Panamericana's Institution Management School - is recognized internationnaly for the quality of its pedagogical standards and philosophy of education. As part of the 50th year celebration, a series of activities and events were organized in the campus of Guadalajara and in the campus of Mexico City to promote these years of work and global success, especially the fruitful partnership with Institut Paul Bocuse.

From October 21 to October 29 2019, ESDAI welcome Maxime Moïse, Chef at Institut Paul Bocuse, for a one-week dedicated to French Gastronomy. The event combined culinary demonstrations and workshops, with a tribute to Paul Bocuse and his famous Loup en croûte recipe. Chef Maxime Moïse shared his passion and knowledge with ESDAI students by providing them with specific techniques key to French cuisine and using local products. Chef Moïse realized a Tuna confit, Avocado carpaccio and a Chicken Ballotine, Corn purée.

One week later, two gala dinners were held to celebrate the 50th year anniversary of the school with the parents, faculty staff, graduates and local authorities. Students enrolled in the 5th semester and 7th semester of their bachelor degree were in charge of the entire event, from the decoration to the tableware, from the menu to the wine pairing, from the design to the management. On the one hand, ESDAI Guadalajara hosted a dinner on the thematic of San Sebastian and welcomed over 200 guests on November 8. On the other hand, ESDAI Mexico served a six-dish meal to 370 guests on November 9. As a representative of Institut Paul Bocuse, Charlotte Jacquier, Strategic Partnerships Manager, attended the events and rewarded Ms. Friné Velasquez, Director of ESDAI Guadalajara, and Ms. Veronica Roaro, Director of ESDAI Mexico City, with a certificate of collaboration and trust.

Since its inception in 1969, ESDAI has been educating professionals for the hospitality industry with 3,200 people trained around the world. Member of the Alliance by Institut Paul Bocuse since 2008, ESDAI has recently signed a mobility exchange contract with Institut Paul Bocuse to continue its development and international growth.
