Why did you choose to learn and study cuisine, pastry, bakery ?
I chose to become involved with cuisine because for me it is a way for personal expression. Cuisine has always fascinated me, especially cooking and sharing with other people. I do enjoy interactions between people. I truly believe that a good meal can change your mood and emotions in a positive way. So I decide to pursue professionally.

What did the Summer Program of the Alliance bring and give you ?
This program broadened my cooking horizons and my thought pattern. Cooperation with people of different cultures, with different ideas was priceless. This exchange of ideas was amazing. I believe that the experience will be useful in my future since it gave me the opportunity to begin a career with the best foundation.

In few words, how would you summarize this culinary experience?
Using few words to describe this unique opportunity, I felt excited and empower in participating in the program. Personally it was a valuable experience, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
