Why did you choose to learn and study cuisine, pastry, bakery ?
I chose to learn and study cuisine since I like the kitchen environment. Plus, I like to see customers smiling when they eat my food.

What did the Culinary Arts Program of the Alliance bring and give you ?
The Summer Program brought me a lot of stuff. Especially on all kinds of techniques. This experience was absolutely useful for my future since I gained lots of French vocabulary, met friends around the globe and improved my skills.

In few words, how would you summarize this experience ?
Amazing. Wonderful. Excellent! My best souvenir will be the final contest since I won the third price.
