What did the Summer Program of the Alliance bring and give you ?
The Summer Program provided me a deeper insight into the area of French culinary arts and hospitality and further reinforced my passion for the profession. It gave me the opportunity to be connected with established industry chefs, instructors and aspiring chef students. I still keep in contact with most of them.

In few words, how would you summarize this culinary experience ?
Enriching, Inspiring. Not only did we receive training in pastry and cuisine, we also had appreciation classes in wine and cheese, were introduced to the French language, French culture and history of gastronomy. All of which were new to me !
