I chose to learn and study cuisine to bring happiness to each and every person that I prepare food for.

What did the Summer Program of the Alliance bring and give you ?
The Summer Program brought different cultures, ideals and personalities together. This has given me a good foundation for future business opportunities.

In few words, how would you summarize this culinary experience ?
Eye-opening. What really impressed me was the passion that French people have and the respect that they show for their food.
