What did the Culinary Arts Program of the Alliance bring and give you ?

It allowed me to open my minds to concepts, ideas and updated worldwide culinary trends. The classes with the professors were mind-blowing and my classmates from all around the world made me realize that there is a universal language in the kitchen.

In few words, how would you summarize this experience ?
I personally recommend this program for future students, so that this experience may help them to fulfill not only their professional goals, but also to meet more people and get to discover and understand the richness of a country leading in worldwide gastronomy such as France.
